The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for diarrhoea in children.
Disease symptoms: Frequent and loose motion, weakness, dehydration.
Ingredients: 100 g fresh root of Apang (Achyranthes aspera L.)
Preparation: Wash, crush the root with some water and make small tablets form it. Dry and store prepared tablets in glass vessel.
Dosage/Application: Feed 1 prepared tablet to the affected child thrice daily for 2 days.
