Ingredients: 50 g leaves of  Navalpattai (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels) and 100 ml of  Milk.
Preparation: Wash and grind the leaves with milk to prepare the mixture.
Dosage/Application: Consume 10 ml of prepare decoction once daily till relief.
