Innovator Mr. Pooranlal Kushvaha is from the Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh.

Purpose
Mr. Kushvaha has observed that in a remote area lifting water is tedious work and due to a shortage of electricity delays many times. To overcome this he has developed a pump. 

Technical details
According to the innovator, the pump is drawn with the help of two bullocks. The centrifugal pump is connected with a belt and drive to the flywheel.  As the shaft rotates the centrifugal pump starts pumping the water. 

Benefits
It can be used in a remote area easily.
