Innovator Mr. Arvindbhai R. Patel hails from Ahmadabad district of
Gujarat. he has studied up to 10th class and got basic training of
watch repairing. He is a technician and fabricator.
Purpose
Mr. Arvindbhai has developed air water cooler that provide comfort in
sunny days.
Technical details
Developed unit consists of copper coil, copper sheet, GI sheet, CRCA
pipe, viscous yarn, SS drain tray, HDPE bottom tray, brass fitting, copper tube
fitting, MS bright flats, food grade aqua tubes, cock and storage tank. All the
components are connected together to develop it. It works on the principle of
evaporation. It also contains helical copper tube wounded with a viscous yarn or
cotton.
Benefits
It works without electricity. It is environment friendly. Cools water
according to the extreme temperature, humidity and wind conditions. Copper base used for higher efficiency and medicinal values. Two in one facility of cooler
and water filter, therefore provides purely hygienic potable water. Negligible maintenance.
