Technical details
He has made a three-wheeler car/ autorickshaw. The moving parts of this vehicle remain the same- engine, wheels, transmission system, steering system, clutch, brake pedal, etc. The difference is in the vehicle's body. The innovator has made the body of the vehicle, including the chassis using bamboo which is widely grown in various regions of Assam.
Benefits
It makes the vehicle eco-friendly and leads to some savings on the parts of raw material like a metal body, etc. which has to be obtained through the hazardous method of mining.
