Profile
Innovator Mr. Biren Kumar Sahoo hails from the Angul district of Orissa. He is a farmer by profession and has been doing this from last five years. Previously, the pudding operation was not getting done in an effective way by the traditional wooden puddler, so the innovator developed this puddler made up of iron material.

Purpose
Mr. 
Sahoo  has developed an animal drawn dual purpose implement to perform puddling as well as intercultural operation simultaneously.

Technical details 
This is a bullock drawn and drum type puddler where different sections of mild steel angle bar are attached in an inclined position over the surface. 

Performance
The innovator has claimed that this implement has a capacity to cover 1 acre of land in 2 hours.

Benefits
It performs multiple operations and has less cost. This perform better puddling and intercultural operations.
