Mr Rampukar Sah has develop the herbal practice to control insect pest in Masoor and Green gram
Targeted pest: Lentil, Green gram pests
Targeted crop: Lentil, Green gram
Ingredients: Zea mays L., Datura metel L.
Methodology: Prepare ash from maize cobs after removing grain through burning and that ash (1 kg) is mixed with crushed green whole plant of datura (4 kg). To this add 8 liters of water and heat them till the content remains 6 liters. It is ready as foliar spray. Rate: 6 liter formulation + 150 liters. Recommended dose is of 40 ml in 1 L of water
