Innovation Description
Mr. Madhab Chandra Mondal has used preparation for
the management of pest in brinjal.
Targeted pest: Stem and shoot borer
Targeted crop: Brinjal (Solanum melongena L.)
Ingredients: 250 gm Blumea DC., 100 gm Swietenia Jacq., and 250 gm Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) Hook.f. & Thomson (Leaves)
Methodology: Crush the specified plants to make herbal preparation for using as a foliar
application against the management of pest in brinjal.
Dose: 10-15ml/lit.
