Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested post-fast dish recipe 
Ingredients: Leaves, flowers, and fruits of agathi (Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Poir.), semanthandu (Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson), flower, immature fruit, and stem of banana (Musa acuminata Colla), minnathalai (Getonia floribunda Roxb.), mistathalai (Rivea hypocrateriformis (Desr.) Choisy), pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L.), snake gourd (Trichosanthes cucumerina L.), bottle gourd (Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl.), field beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L.), cluster beans (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.), Amaranthus green (Amaranthus viridis L.), Jaggery. 
Preparation: Cook all the ingredients together, and then add jaggery to make a curry.
Dosage/Application: Consume the curry to remove any poisonous secretion during fasting and get strength. 
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. The other ingredient is available in the local market.
