Shree Binod Tudu from West Bengal had prepared a herbal formulation for the protection of paddy from gundhi bug (pasari) insect.

Ingredients: Cleistanthus collinus (Roxb.) Benth. ex Hook.f. (Garari)
Methodology: In order to prepare herbal formulation Shree Binod Tudu from West Bengal mixed of 1 kg leaves of Cleistanthus collinus (Roxb.) Benth. ex Hook.f. (Garari) plant with 10 liters of water and filter it. Use this filtrate as a herbal formulation and applied through foliar application of it for the protection of paddy from gundhi bug (pasari) insect.
Dose: 15-20 ml formulation/ litre of water
