Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested herbal health tonic.
Ingredients: 20 g fruits of Grapes (Vitis vinifera L.), 20 g fruits of Aarand kakadi (Carica papaya L.), 20 g fruits of Avala (Phyllanthus emblica L.), 20 g fruits juice of Anar (Punica granatum L.), 20 g Fruit of Anjir (Ficus carica L.), 20 g of Daas mool (Sida cordifolia L.), 20 g root of Asgandh (Withania somnifera (L.), 20 g root of Satavar (Asparagus racemosus Willd.), 20 g leaf of Giloi (Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) Hook.f. & Thomson), 20 g Leaf of Sankhahuli (Evolvulus alsinoides (L.) L.),10 g leaves of Rudravanti (Cressa cretica L.), 10 g Leaves  of Vadarikand (Pueraria tuberosa (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC., 10 g bark of Arjun (Terminalia arjuna (Roxb. ex DC.) Wight & Arn.), 5 g fruits of  Elachi (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton ), 5 g Leaf of Muleti (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.), 20 g Fruit of Makoy (Solanum nigrum L.), 10 g leaf of Bhui awala (Phyllanthus amarus Schumach. & Thonn.), 10 g leaf of Yaividang (Embelia ribes Burm.f.), 20 g Leaves of Bhangara (Eclipta prostrata (L.) L.), 20 g of Bhamhadandi (Tricholepis glaberrima DC.), 10 g Fruits of Ziziphus (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.), 10 g Leaves of Gorakha mundu (Sphaeranthus indicus L.), 10 g leaves of  Aloe vera (L.) Burm.f., 10 g Leaf of Sarpankha (Tephrosia purpurea (L.) Pers.),  20 g Fruit of Harde (Terminalia chebula Retz.), 20 g Fruit of Daruhaldi (Berberis aristata DC.), 10 g leaf of Pittapapada (Fumaria parviflora Lam.), 10 g Leaf of Jamun (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels), 10 g Leaf of Chirayata (Swertia chirayita (Roxb.) H.Karst.), 10 g Leaf of Anta mool (Hemidesmus indicus (L.) R.Br.), 10 g Leaf of Saathi (Boerhavia diffusa L.), 10 g of Iron powder and 10 g of Sugar candy
Preparation: Dry all the ingredients, soak it overnight in water and boil the mixture to prepare a decoction.
Dosage/Application: Consume 20 ml of decoction twice daily after the meal.
