Preparation: Boil the plants in water to prepare a decoction, then add sweetening agents and allow it to cook. As this gets cooked properly add flavouring agents and cook it until it turns semi-solid paste.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 tablespoon of the prepared paste once daily.
