Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for abscess.
Disease symptoms: Pus, painful lump, tenderness, swelling, swollen lymph nodes.
Ingredients: 20 g bark of Desi Baval (Vachellia nilotica (L.) P.J.H.Hurter & Mabb.).
Preparation: Collect, wash and boil the bark in water to prepare a decoction. Separate the filtrate and boil the bark. Crush boiled bark to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Wash affected area with filtrate and apply the paste over it twice daily till it cures.
