Herbal Treatment for Abscess

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for abscess.
Disease symptoms: Pus, painful lump, tenderness, swelling, swollen lymph nodes.
Ingredients: 5 g dry flowers of Mahua (Madhuca longifolia (J.Koenig ex L.) J.F.Macbr.) and 2-3 tablespoon of Ghee.
Preparation: Collect and crush the flowers with ghee to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Apply the prepared paste over the affected area twice daily for 6 days.
Ingredient's availability: The plant is available in nearby places. Ghee is available in the local market.
