The traditional
knowledge holder has suggested treatment for amavata (vayudosh).
Disease symptoms: Production of pain, stiffness, swelling,
tenderness in body joints and tissue, stomach
disorders
Ingredients: Fruits of Gegdi
(Grewia tenax (Forssk.) Fiori).
Preparation: Collect
and wash the fruits.
Dosage/Application: Chew the
collected fruits twice a day for 5 days.
