Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for anoestrus.
Disease symptoms: Reduced reproductive efficiency
Ingredients: 2 leaves of Naagfani (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) and 200 g of Jaggery
Preparation: Burn the leaves until its thorns removed. Then crush the leaves along with jaggery to prepare paste.
Dosage/Application: Feed prepared paste to the affected animal twice in a month (15 days interval)
Ingredient's availability: The plant is available in nearby places. Jaggery is available in local market.
