Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for anoestrus.
Disease symptoms: Reduced reproductive efficiency, Masculine steer-like appearance, small vulva and long vulvar hairs, external signs of a freemartin
Ingredients: 500 g rhizome of Haldar (Curcuma longa L.) and 500 ml oil of Arenda (Ricinus communis L.), Milk.
Preparation: Mix the powder of haldar with the oil of arenda and milk to form its paste.
Dosage/Application: Feed the paste to the animal once daily for ten days.
