The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for Anorexia
Disease symptoms: Loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness.
Ingredients: Handful leaves of Neem (Azadirachta indica A.Juss.), 10 g twigs of Indigofera aspalathoides Vahl ex DC., handful leaves of Lemon (Citrus medica L.), handful leaves of Atalantia monophylla DC., 10 g bark of Ceiba pentandra (L.) Gaertn., 10 g twigs of Moringa oleifera Lam., handful leaves of Leucas aspera (Willd.) Link, 10 g root of Typhonium trilobatum (L.) Schott, 10 g root of Zaleya decandra (L.) Burm.f., 10 g root of Cissus quadrangularis L., handful leaves of Curry (Murraya koenigii (L.) Spreng.), handful leaves of Plumbago zeylanica L., 10 g bark of Butea monosperma (Lam.) Kuntze, 10 g root of Toddalia asiatica (L.) Lam., 10 g root of Solanum torvum Sw., 10 g root of Calotropis gigantea (L.) W.T.Aiton, handful leaves of Solanum trilobatum L., handful leaves of Ammannia baccifera L., handful leaves of Hygrophila auriculata (Schumach.) Heine, handful leaves of Pistia stratiotes L., handful leaves of Enicostema littorale Blume, handful leaves of Justicia adhatoda L., handful leaves of Gossypium hirsutum L., 10 g bark of Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels, 10 g bark of Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna (Roxb. ex DC.) Wight & Arn.), handful leaves of Mimosa pudica L., 10 g root of Borassus flabellifer L., handful leaves of Afrohybanthus enneaspermus (L.) Flicker, handful leaves of Sida acuta Burm.f., 10 g bark of Ficus auriculata Lour., 10 g root of Cleome gynandra L. and 100 fruits of Piper nigrum L.
Preparation: Collect, wash and crush all the ingredients to prepare a mixture. Boil the mixture in 5 L of water until the volume of water reduces to half. Then filter prepared decoction and store in a glass vessel. 
Dosage/Application: Feed 500 ml of prepared decoction to the affected animal once daily for 2 days.
