Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for arthritis.
Disease symptoms: Pain and swelling in elbow and knee joints.
Ingredients: 20 g fresh fruits of Elaichi / cardemum (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton), 50 g bulb of Rasun /garlic (Allium sativum L.), 10 g fruits of Haritaki/ Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz.), 5 g Kapur /Camphor
Preparation: Crush the bark of Varun and extract the juice. Mix this juice with kalimirch to prepare the medicine.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 spoon of this medicine daily in the morning and evening after meal for 1 month.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Kapur is available in the local market.
