Herbal Treatment for Arthritis

Innovation Description
The traditional
knowledge holder has suggested treatment for arthritis.
Disease symptoms: Pain, stiffness, swelling, redness
Ingredients: 25 g fresh leaves of Sonuar (Vitex negundo L.), 25 g fresh leaves of Gudpurna (Boerhavia diffusa L.), 25 g fresh leaves of Sadai Ghas (Alternanthera sessilis (L.) R.Br. ex DC.).
Preparation: Boil all the ingredients in half a litre water to prepare a decoction.
Dosage/Application: Consume 100 ml prepared decoction twice a day.
Ingredients’ availability: The plants are available in nearby places.
