The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for arthritis
Disease symptoms: Joint pain and swelling.
Ingredients: Dried seeds of Rai (Brassica
nigra (L.) W.D.J.Koch), and dried bulbs of Lahsun (Allium sativum L.).
Preparation: Both ingredients are ground to form a powder.
Dosage/Application: The powder is warmed slightly and then applied externally on the affected area for 7 days.
