Ingredients: 50 g leaves of Biju Phool (
Rauvolfia serpentina (L.) Benth. ex Kurz) and 10 g fruits of Gul marish (
Piper nigrum L.).
Preparation: Grind both the plant parts together and prepare tablets of standard size.
Dosage
/Application: Consume 1 tablet thrice daily for 1 month.
Precaution: Avoid
Intake of fish, pork, jaggery, and other sweet food items during medication.
