Herbal Treatment for Asthma

Innovation Description
The
traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for asthma.
Disease symptoms: Breathing problem, chest pain, breathlessness.
Ingredients: Root of Salgam (Brassica rapa L.), root of Gajar
(Daucus carota L.) and the leafy bud of Bandha gobhi (Brassica oleracea L.).
Preparation: Crush all the ingredients to extract the juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume the juice daily once for 1 month.
Precaution:
Avoid sweet foods.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in the winter season.
