Ingredients: 10 g leaves of each Vilva (
Aegle marmelos (L.) Corrêa), Neem (
Azadirachta indica A.Juss.), Athi (
Ficus racemosa L.), Aruhampul (
Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.), Tulsi (
Ocimum tenuiflorum L.) and Vetrilai (
Piper betle L.) and 20 ml Honey.
Preparation: Crush all the dried leaves and mix honey and hot water to prepare juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume the juice twice a day daily.
