Herbal Treatment for Backache

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for backache.
Ingredients: 100 g 
seeds of each, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), Alsi (Linum usitatissimum L.),  and Rice (Oryza sativa L.), 200 ml Milk.             
Preparation: Roast and crush all the plant parts to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 10 g of the prepared powder with milk once daily on an empty stomach for 7 days.
Ingredient's availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Milk is available in the local market.
