Herbal Treatment for Bloody Dysentery

Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has
suggested treatment for bloody dysentery.
Disease symptoms: Blood and mucus in stools
Ingredients: 100 g bulb of Onion (Allium cepa L.), 10 g fruits of Seeragam (Cuminum cyminum L.), 20 g root of Thalai suruli (Aristolochia indica L.) and 2-3 flowers of Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.).
Preparation: Crush the bulb, fruits and root together to prepare a mixture. Crush the flowers to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Feed the prepared mixture to the affected animal twice daily for 3 days. Feed the prepared paste to the affected animal after 3 days for once.
