Disease symptoms: Cough, runny and stuffy nose, sore throat, congestion, body aches, sneezing, low-grade fever, malaise.
Ingredients: 1 g fruit of Heda (
Terminalia chebula Retz.) and 1 g fruit of Beda, (
Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.).
Preparation: Collect, dry and grind the fruits to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Administrate 1 pinch powder twice daily to the affected child orally for 7 days.
