Disease symptoms: Sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, loss of smell, wheezing, headache.
Ingredients: 10 g leaves of Mosumosukkai (
Cucumis maderaspatanus L.), 10 g leaves of Kandankathari (
Solanum virginianum L.), 10 g leaves of Thoothuvalai (
Solanum trilobatum L.), 10 g leaves of Thalisapathiri (
Flacourtia jangomas (Lour.) Raeusch.), 10 g leaves of Valmilagu (
Piper cubeba L.f.), 10 g leaves of Sitrarathai (
Alpinia galanga (L.) Willd.), 10 g fruits of Thippili (
Piper longum L.), 10 g leaves of Kalyana murungai (
Erythrina variegata L.), 10 g leaves of Adathodai (
Justicia adhatoda L.), 10 g leaves of Thulasi (
Ocimum tenuiflorum L.), 15 ml Ghee and 50 ml Milk.
Preparation: Grind the leaves to prepare a powder. Boil 1 spoon powder with ghee and milk.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 cup decoction twice daily for 2-3 days.
