Disease symptoms: Runny nose, sore throat, sneezing.
Ingredients: Leaves of Bunafsha (
Viola odorata L.), Bark of Dalchini (
Cinnamomum
verum J.Presl), rhizome of ginger (
Zingiber
officinale Roscoe).
Preparation: Dried leaves of bunafsha & boil in 1/2 Lt water along with dalchini, ginger and sugar for 15 minutes.
Dosage/Application: Consume 2 spoons of decoction daily in the morning as per need.
