Disease symptoms: Sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, loss of smell
Ingredients: 100 g leaves of Mullu murungai (Erythrina variegata L.) and 100 g boiled Rice.
Preparation: Crush all the leaves with little water to obtain a fine paste. Now mix this paste with boiled rice to form a dough. Cook it to prepare roti/ chapatti/ bread.
Dosage/Application: Consume the roti/ chapatti/ bread daily with every meal for 2-3 days..
