Disease symptoms: Runny and stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, congestion, body aches, sneezing, low-grade fever, malaise.
Ingredients: 3 leaves of
Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum L.), 3 leaves of Apamarga (Achyranthes aspera L.), 3-4 fruits of
Kali Mirch (Piper nigrum L.) and 1 spoon cow ghee.
Preparation: Crush and fry the ingredients to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Consume prepared paste twice daily for 3 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Cow ghee is available in the local market.
