Herbal Treatment for Conjunctivitis

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for conjunctivitis. 
Disease symptoms: Redness, itching, tearing of the eyes, discharge , crusting around the eyes
Ingredients: 50 g each-Leaves and Flowers of Neem (Azadirachta indica A.Juss.),  Leaves  and Flowers of Kamal (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.), Leaves  and Flowers of Gulab ( Rosa indica L.), Leaves  and Flowers of Chameli (Jasminum angustifolium (L.) Willd.),  Leaves and Flowers of Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum L.)
Preparation: Wash and grind ingredients to extract juice.
Dosage/Application: Pour 2-3 drops of juice in eyes twice a day for 7 days.
