Innovation Description
The traditional
knowledge holder has suggested treatment for constipation.
Disease symptoms: Stomach bloat, absence of defecation, difficult
and painful defecation, hard lum.
Ingredients: 500 g bark of Ankalo (Alangium salviifolium (L.f.) Wangerin) and
1 L Water.
Preparation: Collect, wash and boil the bark in water till it reduced to
half.
Dosage/Application: Feed the prepared decoction to the affected animal.
Ingredients' availability: The plant is available in nearby fields.
