Herbal Treatment for Cough

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for cough.
Disease symptoms: Forceful hacking, wheezing, coughing, running nose                                                                
Ingredients: 3-4 leaves of Aldusa (Justicia adhatoda L.), 25 g bark of Anar (Punica granatum L.), 1 fruit of Javantri (Myristica fragrans Houtt.), 4-5 fruits of Kalimirch (Piper nigrum L.), 4-5 flower buds of Long (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & L.M.Perry), 30 g rhizome of Sonth (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), and 2 spoon Honey.
Preparation: Dry, mix and crush all the ingredients to prepare a powder. Mix honey into it.
Dosage/Application: Consume the prepared mixture once daily for 3 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Honey is available in the local market.
