Disease symptoms: Sore throat, persistent cough, hoarseness, wheezing
Ingredients: 100 g bark of Chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz.).
Preparation: Collect, clean, and boil the bark into 500 ml water to prepare a decoction. Allow it to cool and strain out.
Dosage/Application: Consume 200 ml of the prepared decoction twice daily for 3- 4 days.
