Herbal Treatment for Cough

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for cough.
Disease symptoms: A runny or stuffy nose, feeling of liquid running down the back of your throat (postnasal drip), frequent throat clearing and sore throat, hoarseness, wheezing and shortness of breath, heartburn or a sour taste in your mouth.
Ingredients: 50 g Adarakh (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) 10 g Kaali mirch (Piper nigrum) 1 teaspoonful Haldi (Curcuma longa L.)
Preparation: Grind the ingredients and make powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 teaspoonful of the medication twice daily till 7 days.
