Herbal Treatment for Cough

Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for cough.
Disease symptoms: Forceful hacking, wheezing, coughing, whooping cough.
Ingredients: 3 g of the dry root of Chipau (Tuber melanosporum) (an edible mushroom), 2 pinches dried rhizome powder of Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) and 100 ml Milk.
Preparation: Collect and grind the root to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume the prepared powder with milk and turmeric powder thrice daily for 10 days.
Precaution: Avoid curd and cold drinks.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Milk is available in the local market.
