Disease symptoms: Sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, loss of smell, whooping cough.
Ingredients: 20 g fruits of Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.), 20 g fruits of Cardomom (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton), 30-40 g dry leaves of Adalodakam (Justicia adhatoda L.).
Preparation: Collect, grind all the ingredients to prepare powder. Store powder in a glass vessel.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 teaspoon of prepared powder twice daily for 2-3 days.
