Ingredients: 100 g seeds of Bengal gram (Cicer arietinum L.), 50 g bulb of Onion (Allium cepa L.).
Preparation: Collect, clean, and roast the seeds. Grind the roasted seeds to prepare a powder and store it.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 teaspoon powder along with 1 bulb once daily on a regular basis.
