The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for diarrhoea.
Disease symptoms: Frequent and loose motion, weakness, dehydration.
Ingredients: 100 g pseudostem skin of Vazhaithol (Musa x paradisiaca L.), 100 g fruit peel of Mampazhathol (Mangifera indica L.), 50 g kernel of Thengai chilla (Cocos nucifera L.), 20 g seeds of Nilakadalai (Arachis hypogaea L.) and 10 g dried fruits of Omum (Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague).
Preparation: Collect and grind the ingredients to prepare powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume half a teaspoon of the prepared powder thrice daily for 3 days.
