Ingredients: 300 g leaves of Zapanhlo (
Mikania micrantha Kunth)
Preparation: Crush the leaves in mortar and pestle along with 100 ml of water to extract the juice. Filter the juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume 30 ml of juice twice daily till cure.
