Ingredients: 3 g fresh leaves of Avara (Phyllanthus emblica L.), 3 g fresh leaves of Bel (Aegle marmelos (L.) Corrêa) and 3 g fresh leaves of Lajauni (Mimosa pudica L.).
Preparation: Crush the leaves to extract the juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume juice on an empty stomach once daily for 7 days.
