Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for eye injury.
Disease symptoms: Squinting, twitching or spasming of the eyelid, pawing at the eye area, blinking rapidly, or excessive tearing
Ingredients: 100 g leaves of Batsuniuh (Ageratum conyzoides L.).
Preparation: Collect and wash the leaves properly by warm water. Crush the leaves to extract the juice and filter. 
Dosage/Application: Instil 4 drops of juice into the affected eye of the animal twice daily till recovery.
Precaution: The use of plastics/gloves/clean cloth is preferable while preparing the medicine as it is extremely delicate. No hands should touch the medicine.
