Herbal Treatment for Gastritis

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for gastritis.
Disease symptoms: Upper stomach pain, nausea and vomiting.
Ingredients: 100 g dried rhizome of Sonth ( Zingiber officinale Roscoe), 100 g fruits of Jamain ( Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague), 100 g fruits of Jeera ( Sesamum indicum L.), 100 gm fruits of Pepper( Piper nigrum L.), 25 g fruits of Hare ( Terminalia chebula Retz.) and 100 g Black salt 
Preparation: Grind all ingredients to obtain a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume one spoon of prepared powder in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening after 45 min of dinner, daily for 8 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in the nearby place and black salt is available in the local market.
