Ingredients: 50 g dried Sonth (
Zingiber officinale Roscoe), 50 g fruit of Avla (
Phyllanthus
emblica L.), 25 g dried seeds of Indra Jai (
Hordeum
vulgare L.), 25 g dried seeds of Sahjira (
Carum carvi L.)
Preparation: Crush all ingredients to obtain powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume one spoon of prepared powder in the morning on an empty stomach for 10 days.
