The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for gastritis.
Disease symptoms: Upper stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, indigestion.
Ingredients: 200 g bark of Chativan (Alstonia scholaris (L.) R.Br.), 100 g stems, leaves and fruits of Gumma (Leucas aspera (Willd.) Link), 100 g leaves and fruits of Chichdi (Achyranthes aspera L.), 100 d dried fruits of Amla (Phyllanthus emblica L.), 100 g dried fruits of Jaugi (Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.), 50 g dried fruits of Javaein (Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague) and Kala namak (Black salt).
Preparation: Collect all the ingredients dry them and crush to prepare powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 5 g of the prepared powder with lukewarm water twice daily for 1 month.
Precaution: Avoid fish, meat, curd, banana; sour and sweet dishes.
