The traditional
knowledge holder has suggested treatment for gastritis.
Disease symptoms: Upper stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, indigestion.
Ingredients: Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.), 10 g dry latex of Hing (Ferula assa-foetida L.), 100 g seed of Sonf (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Jav (Vesicularia dubyana (Müll. Hal.) Broth.), seeds of Kali Mirch (Piper nigrum L.), 50 g rhizome of Sonth (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), Leaves of Sanay (Senna alexandrina Mill.), Rock Salt.
Preparation: Grind all the ingredients together to prepare packets of 10 g powder each.
Dosage/Application: Consume 10 g powder after dinner once a day for 30 days.
