Herbal Treatment for Gastritis

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for gastritis.
Disease symptoms: Upper stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, indigestion
Ingredients: 100 g each, dried stem of 
Kutki (Holarrhena pubescens Wall. ex G.Don), dried fruit Piper (Piper longum L.), dried fruit of Amla (Phyllanthus emblica L.), dried fruit of Harr (Terminalia chebula Retz.), dried fruit of Bahera (Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.), dried seeds of Bhabhring (Embelia ribes Burm.f.), dried bark of Nisout (Operculina turpethum (L.) Silva Manso), dried fruit of Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague) and Kala namak (Black salt).
Preparation: Roast the ingredients and grind them together to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume one teaspoonful powder with a glassful of water twice daily for 7-10 days.
