Disease symptoms: Upper stomach
pain, nausea, vomiting, indigestion
Ingredients: 100 g each, dried stem of Kutki (Holarrhena pubescens Wall.
ex G.Don), dried fruit Piper (
Piper longum L.), dried fruit of Amla (
Phyllanthus emblica L.), dried fruit of Harr (
Terminalia chebula Retz.), dried fruit of Bahera (
Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.), dried seeds of Bhabhring (
Embelia ribes Burm.f.), dried bark of Nisout (
Operculina turpethum (L.) Silva Manso), dried fruit of Ajwain
(
Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague) and Kala namak (Black salt).
Preparation: Roast the ingredients and grind them together to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume one teaspoonful powder with a glassful of water twice daily for 7-10 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in the nearby places and kala namak is available in the local markets.
