Disease symptoms: Upper stomach
pain, nausea, vomiting, indigestion
Ingredients: 1 kg dry stem of Beg Ghass (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.), 10 g fruit of Lemon (Citrus × limon (L.)
Osbeck) and Sendha namak (Rock Salt).
Preparation: Collect, wash and crush the stem to prepare a powder. Crush fruit to extract juice, mix rock salt to it.
Dosage/Application: Consume 10 g of the prepared powder with the juice
Ingredients availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Rock salt is available in local markets.
