Ingredients: One handful of the stem of Belipoke (Hiptage benghalensis (L.) Kurz), Cow milk.
Preparation: Crush the root to extract the juice then mix the juice with cow milk.
Dosage/Application: Consume one cup of the mixture once daily for 3 days.
